Vintage sizes can vary from modern sizes and although I try to include a modern size in the listings those are often times an estimate. Each listing has several measurements included that will be a better way to gauge the fit. To ensure a good fit you should compare the measurements in the listing to a similar piece of clothing you know fits well.
Can you declare this item as a gift or change the declared value on the postage for customs?
I cannot mark an item as a "gift" on the customs form or declare a lower value to avoid customs fees. All international orders are shipped showing the correct price paid on the customs form.
